MHAM Week 4: Mural and Art Engagement Week

We are eager to unveil our Make It OK mural on May 15 at 2 PM at Carepro Health Services (1014 5th Ave SE) in Cedar Rapids, IA. This past Giving Tuesday, we were able to raise funds to put a mural in an Iowa community. The mural comes from the creativity of local Iowan artist, Van Holmgren.

We encourage all Iowans to check out local art organizations in their town and community if they are unable to come out to the unveiling. Similar to gardening, art is another great way to connect with your mind and allow your mental health to rejuvenate and recharge.
