Mental Health First Aid Training for Construction and Manufacturing Professionals

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. It covers common signs and symptoms of mental health/substance use challenges, how to interact with a person in crisis, and how to connect a person with help.

This particular course is geared to construction and manufacturing workers. MHFA is an OSHA recommended training for workplace stress. Attendees obtain a 3-year certification as a Mental Health First Aider and many professions grand continuing education credits
