Greek Kefir Marinade Recipe

All you need:

  • ¼ cup plain whole milk kefir

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

 All you do:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or large plastic bag and use it for any produce or protein you would like to marinate.
