2023 Healthiest State Annual Award Winners Announced
The Iowa Healthiest State Initiative has announced the winners of the 2023 Healthiest State Annual Awards. The winners were recognized for their efforts to improve the physical, social, and emotional well-being of their employees and community. Award winners were announced during in-person award ceremonies at the 2023 5-2-1-0 Healthy Choices Count! Summit on October 25th and the 2023 Workplace Well-being Conference on April 20th. Each winner was awarded a monetary prize to continue their work focused on improving the health and wellness at their site.
“The hard work done by our Annual Award winners serves as an example for the rest of Iowa to follow to ensure a healthier future for the state,” said Jami Haberl, executive director of the Iowa Healthiest State Initiative.
